Mondays to Fridays: 0900 to 1730 Hrs
Saturdays: 0900 to 1300 Hrs
Looking for dynamic individuals for our Junior Customer Service Executive Position, no experience required, on-job training will be provided.
Duties:
1. Carry out daily logs checks for Deliveries of the day.
2. Handling and managing daily Calls from Customers for requests of Pre & Post Sales Requests.
3. Filing and documentation of Paper work & bi-yearly archiving.
4. Assist the Sales Personnels with Post Sales queries.
5. Carry out arrangement works for schedules.
6. Complete PTWs requests with MOS etc. On-job training will be provided.
7. Be responsible for keeping all documentations in neat order.
