Responsibilities:
- Able to implement and execute effectively IT policy and procedure, IT security, Backup and restoration plan, System audit and Disaster.
- Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving company’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions
- Provide technical support and helpdesk service for both HQ and site offices.
- Maintenance of server health, environment and infrastructure without disrupting daily business.
- Software and hardware asset management including procurement of IT Equipment and services.
- Implement and maintenance for Group existing and new IT systems including payroll and ERP system.
Requirements:
· Candidates with MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) will be an advantage.
· Able to handle sensitive and confidential information diligently and discreetly.
· Enthusiastic with good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Good organisational and time management skills.
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
