Job Scope
- Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
- Process all inbound escalations from the BID Sales Team email and/or phone call
- Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
- Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
- Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to invoicing such as credit block.
- Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update on any new developments in the marketplace (e.g. competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses and report in monthly sales meeting.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision-making skills
- Special Price Request support
- ITQ/Tender Documents and ensure timely submission and documentations
- Supply center store stock and maintenance management.
- Demo logistics arrangement
- 3rd Party Vendor survey/ questionnaire
- Assume full ownership and accountability of the order admin functions for BID sales team
- Other assigned tasks depending on business requirements
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related scientific discipline.
- Min. 2 to 4 years of related order fulfilment / sales support experience managing order entry systems and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Salesforce and the quoting process
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. EXCEL)
