Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
- Oversee the entire order process, from initiation to completion, including expediting, cancellations, and modifications.
- Coordinate with sales, planning, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Utilize Oracle and CRM systems to manage order data and customer information.
- Collaborate with global teams to address order-related issues and improve processes.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of customer service and order management experience, preferably with a diploma or degree.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Oracle is advantageous.
- A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
