Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
  • Oversee the entire order process, from initiation to completion, including expediting, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Coordinate with sales, planning, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize Oracle and CRM systems to manage order data and customer information.
  • Collaborate with global teams to address order-related issues and improve processes.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service and order management experience, preferably with a diploma or degree.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Oracle is advantageous.
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
