We are representing our client in the marine industry to hire for a Service Technician (Fire Safety Equipment).
Job Responsibilities
- Perform service, installation, maintenance, and repair tasks while following safety and quality standards. Focus on meeting performance targets.
- Assist in configuring and testing new products or procedures; install complex systems based on skill level, with guidance as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance, identify and address equipment issues, and handle emergency repairs promptly.
- Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager on scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for operational needs.
- Manage inventory requisitions to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Work with improvement teams to standardize tools and processes, contributing to problem-solving and corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with fire safety equipment.
- Marine industry experience preferred.
