DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure all service work shall be carry-out professionally, effectively and efficiently in order to achieve quality work and minimum down time.
- To troubleshooting of Company's product and system as scheduled or emergency whenever necessary.
- Assist to observed the product and system in order to ensure it is well maintained in order for end user convenient.
- To report all faults and observatiosn and subsequently furnish recommendation for improvement on Company's product & system.
- Responsible for maintaining, reporting and updating proper records of maintenance and servicing work.
- To assist in all servicing work as and when required.
- Responsible in sourcing general parts and materials.
- To be responsible for safekeeping of materials, tools and equipments assigned to him and responsible for housekeeping of workshop, vehicle or workplace under his care.
- Responsible to advise and keep up to date stock of spare parts required for proper maintenance and service of all system.
- To ensure that the safety and health practice, includes a hygiene and cleanliness matters are being carried out and implemented at all time at the project site.
- To perform any task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the operation of the Company.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Technical from recognizes institution or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in technical servicing and maintenance working environment.
- Exclusion of tertiary education shall be taken into consideration if working experience is more than specific duration set by the Top Management.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal communication and written in English is an advantage.
- Independent and possess technical skills.
