- taking off and measurement of drawing
- tender procedure
- liaise with supplier
- Check/proceed/arrange and tabulate the site material
- coordinate with project PIC, consultant or owner
- prepare work schedule and allocation of workforce
- project burget cost and schedulerate
- Prepare bill of quantity, VO and submission of project claim
- verify subcontract claim
Requirements
- min Degree holder in Engineeering or Quantity Surveyor
- min 3 years ovearse or local experience
- experience in term key, renovatio, building upgrading & extention project and RC work
- familiar all tender unit rate
- familiar and understand building and engineering PQ
- Skilled in autocad, MS word, excel
- Merit point for knowledge of Project Management Software
- good coordination skill with worker, supervisor, manager, etc..
- good communication skill with consultant, developer/owner
- familiar in drawing
- fluent in English, able to write and speak
