The Data Application Support team is within the Business Technology Services function, supporting the Data warehouse, ETL, BI and Big Data Application Systems. The team is responsible for the production stability of these applications and ensuring on going improvements in system availability, supportability & service levels over time.
Key Requirements
· Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.
· Min 3 years of experience in application development and support environment in ETL, Data warehouse, and business intelligence
· Individual must have working experience in ETL, Data warehouse and various business intelligence tools on Unix/Windows platforms.
· Technical skills : Informatica (Infra and data workflow tracing), BI Tools such as QLK, SAS, Power BI, Oracle, Unix/Linux, AS400, Control-M, Shell scripting
· Knowledge of ITIL of similar framework will be advantage
