Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle, resolve, and complete all incoming client requests.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients onto our platform.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
- Conduct client platform trainings, both interactive and remote.
- Maintain, document, analyze, and enhance existing workflows and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Computing-based discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in eSupport, Client Services, Middle Office, or Back Office of a Financial Institution
