Job Description:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and costs.
- Measure and assess sub-contracts, assisting with interim and final account agreements.
- Review documentation to identify value variations, manage subcontract payments, and prepare subcontract liabilities.
- Conduct cost analysis, control budgets, measure and compile records at construction sites.
- Handle procurement, purchase materials, and manage progress claim applications.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field.
- Experience in fitting out works is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Robust commercial and contractual knowledge.
