Salary: Up to $13 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer phone calls, emails, appointment scheduling requests.
- Address walk-in queries from patients.
- Work with other departments to ensure that requests are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in frontline Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Mother Tongue to communicate with patients.
- Computer literacy and good interpersonal skills.
