Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Service Coordinator / Executive
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5.30 pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Generate quotations and process purchase orders.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to customers.
  • Generate sales from customer queries.
  • Resolve any customer complaints and issues.
  • Answer questions related to the company's products.
  • Plan and allocate adequate manpower for assigned jobs.
  • Manage purchasing matters as per customer queries.
  • Work closely with Service Engineers on job-related tasks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
