EUC Support Manager is responsible for facilitating the delivery of IT Service Desk, Desk-side support, and End User Compute (EUC) services to the business with a strong focus on communication and customer service.
Accountabilities
- Proven experience in coordinating Service Desk and external service providers, as well as vendors.
- Strong and up to date technical knowledge of a broad range of EUC technologies and platforms, including Microsoft M365, SCCM, AD, Endpoint, Azure, Intune etc.
- Ensure effective IT support and EUC services is delivered for internal customers with a strong focus on communication and customer service.
- Manage escalations and enquiries regarding IT support related issues.
- Manage procurement of hardware in line with policies and procedures to manage BAU and project demand.
- Lead prioritisation of BAU activities and project work for Deskside team, Manage performance and reporting of relevant service providers.
- Contribute to development and reviews of support related Policies, Standards, Processes, Procedures and Knowledge.
- Monitor trends and reports of requests and incidents to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is maintained for EUC environments.
- Work with the business to understand business needs for changes/improvements and develop technical requirements for partners to implement.
