This position reports to the Director and is pivotal in the management of repair technicians and all service centre staffs. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and customer-focused environment within the air cooling industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service centre, including supervising repair technicians and ensuring efficient workflow.
2. Coordinate and handle all aspects of service warranty management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
3. Provide comprehensive after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Assist in developing and implementing service strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance service quality.
Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of air cooling systems and their maintenance/repair procedures.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
3. Proficiency in managing service warranties and customer service processes.
