Job Dueties :
- Obtains,compiles and evaluates quotations from the vendors according to the tender requirements.
- Prepare bill of quantities which invoices quantity take-off, matgerial sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on costing, quotation.
- Attend site meeting occasionally.
- Preparing and formalizing work orkers and submcontract agreements / variation orders / final accounts
- Verify progress claims submitted by subcontractors / supplier and prepare payment certificates.
- Able to carry out procurement, detailed breakdown pricing, cost management process.
- Track changes to the design and construction work and adjusting budget projections in accordance.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals.
- To prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers
- Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Candidate mus possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (civil) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
