Responsibilities:
- Process Customer enquiries on different platforms including live chats and emails
- Attend to Pre & post sales service requests
- Liaise with overseas offices and keep customers informed on shipment status
- Follow SOP and perform ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements:
- Prior working experience in lifestyle retail environment is preferred
- Possess great problem solving skills
- Demonstrate good customer service skills
- Strong in Interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Strong in follow up and Time management
- Meticulous and Patient
- Must be willing to work on Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays and extra hours during monthly campaigns
- Must be proficient in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be a bonus
