Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries/ complaints via phone or email.
- Attend to customers' queries or feedbacks.
- Ensure all customers' records and documentation are well-kept and orderly.
- Assist in issuing invoices for customers.
- Assist in marketing function to support business needs.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Nitec in any discipline.
- With 1 - 2 years of customer service/ customer care experience, preferbly from manufacturing or distribution industry
