Overview

You will have opportunities to work in a variety of challenging IT environments to quickly build up your IT and communication skills.


What will you be doing?

As a Managed Service Support Engineer, your job is to provide daily support and maintenance for applications and systems of clients. Candidates will need to possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and communications skills to work with customers of varying technical skills and understanding.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide tier 1 or tier 2 technical support to customer’s end-users
  • Take ownership and drive effective closure to support tickets within the stipulated SLA
  • Log, update, and manage support tickets reported by users
  • Work with customer IT team to maintain business-critical SharePoint, Dynamic CRM, or Office 365 systems and applications
  • Liaise between client and third-party vendors for resolving support cases
  • Consolidate and update Knowledge Base, FAQ, and other necessary documentation.

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:

  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting
  • Able to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner, passionate about learning new technology
  • Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange, and Office 365 architecture, Dynamic CRM, components, configuration, and administration
  • Experience in IT Pro related topics such as administration for Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Dynamic CRM, or Office 365
  • Troubleshooting capabilities
  • More than 3 years of related work experiences
