As a Senior Executive (Security) - Operations Support Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensure the continuous readiness of security and building systems to support both routine and emergency operations.
- Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system performance and functionality.
- Act as a liaison between system specialist vendors to resolve issues related to the converged network and hardware, ensuring all field devices are functional.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of system maintenance and ensure timely establishment or renewal of maintenance contracts.
- Oversee the maintenance regime of systems conducted by vendors, ensuring that it meets established standards.
- Review and recommend improvements for security workflows, deployment strategies, and incident management.
- Leverage existing and new systems and technologies to enhance overall system efficiency and security.
- Engage in organizational projects as assigned, contributing expertise and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT, security systems, and acute healthcare settings, with a background in an executive or managerial role.
