- Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the Estate
- Ensure the Common Areas of the Estate is routine checked thoroughly for effective management
- Carry out full maintenance, administrative and financial functions of Estate Management under Manager supervision
- Liaise and co-ordinate and check onsite with contractors/vendors to ensure that their maintenance works/ service delivery are completed on schedule and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
- To follow up with the contractor on the submission monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing
- Assist in the supervision of term contractors
- Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
- Raise Purchase/Work Orders and keep track of works done on defects and damages
- Attend to any emergency or incident in compliance with SOPs and within response time
- Engage and attend to complaints from Residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is recorded and ensure closure
- Attend to all exigencies of work onsite and at HQ as and when directed by site Manager and HQ Management
