Introduction to the role:
This role will be responsible to drive high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality in the area of Credit Cards and support key customer value proposition. You will lead a team and partner closely with key stakeholders across the department and cross functional teams to support the achievement of our business outcomes and oversee key projects.
Responsibilities
· Guide and drive a team towards operational accuracy and efficiency. Ensure the team abide by internal controls and compliance (100% compliance with zero errors).
· Drive improvement of problem resolution SLA to meet targets, reduce call volume and increase customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with Cards Product, Cards Servicing Ops, Tech, Contact Centre and other cross-functional teams to improve customer journey, reduce turnaround time and remove employee toil.
· Drive standardization of internal processes across cards products and improve efficiency through automation.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and engage partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the business outcome.
Qualification and Skills Requirements
· Degree holder with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience.
· Strong Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit and debit cards. Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous.
· Good analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholders and partners.
· Adept at using data to drive outcomes.
· Meticulous, independent, result-oriented and self-motivated.
