Boeing Singapore is seeking for a Field Service Manager to manage the employees performing technical or specialist activities that are deployed at remote base locations, including customer or supplier facilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Develops and executes customer support strategies and tactics to support customer commitments, gain competitive advantage, and foster business growth.
- Directs post-sale coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, test, repair, engineering change improvements and preventive maintenance to be performed at the customer’s site.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Acquires and leverages resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering
2. Or equivalent 10 to 15 years of relevant experience with at least the last 5 years inside Boeing;
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams or projects
