Customer Service Executive (IT), $2,300-2,800/month

Job description:
- Ensure effective and efficient sales administration process to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Assist Account Managers by preparing detailed sales quotations in response to customer inquiries, and follow up closely.
- Address customer requests for quotations and product information for new purchases or license/maintenance renewals.
- Verify pricing before submitting to the Purchaser for processing Purchase Orders.
- Process Sales Orders for confirmed sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Escalate maintenance or support issues reported by customers to the Operations team.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales performance goals.
- Systematically document all relevant data.
- Gather information and support Account Managers for tender requirements in coordination with Suppliers and the Technical Solution Team.
- Monitor and follow up on tender progress and updates.
- Build strong relationships with customers to identify additional business opportunities and expand sales revenue.
- Perform other administrative tasks or duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level with 2 to 3 years Customer Services’ working experiences preferably in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry.
- Strong customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs.
- Keen to learn and a team player.
