Job Description
- Conduct inspections of HDB commercial premises, surrounding residential areas, and ensure compliance with contractual standards and regulations.
- Handle inquiries from shop tenants, lessees, and the public regarding upgrading, improvement works, and general property-related concerns.
- Execute work plans and programs per Client guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements, while addressing feedback and complaints effectively.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of property management services in line with Client expectations.
- Supervise and manage contractors for defect rectifications, improvement works, and overall property maintenance.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on property inspections, maintenance activities, and improvements to the Client.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address maintenance issues and ensure the upkeep of common areas and facilities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and oversee the implementation of property management tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Local Poly Diploma in the relevant fields such as Real Estate, Building, Project and Facilities Management or equivalent.
- At least two years of relevant working experience or in the alternative, possess at least 5years of management experience in the field of facilities management.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
