Job Description:
- Service schedule coordination
- Service quotation / PO / Service Report update
- Maintenance and tracking of machinery record
- Machinery tool calibration schedule coordination
- ISO documentation control
- Tracker role for company protocol activities
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks where assigned
- Service billing to customer support
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 2 year of experience in Administration or other relevant professional certificates
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Highly adaptable to fast paced working environment and a good team player
