Job Description:
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and professional service, enhancing their dining experience.
- Engage with guests, addressing their inquiries and feedback in both English and Japanese.
- Cultivate strong relationships with regular patrons and VIP guests.
- Maintain the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure updated menu offerings for guests.
- Execute service protocols that reflect the restaurant's high standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
- Proficiency in spoken Japanese and English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
