Job Scope
- Manage all civil infrastructure and building projects under DLP and/or warranty (focus and emphasis would be on building projects)
- Report regularly on status to Singapore Project Management Office (PMO) and Singapore Branch Office (SBO) including preparation of weekly and monthly summary reports.
- Attend meetings and inspections with Clients and other stakeholders
- Compile and receive documentation including material certificates and test reports from Suppliers or Subcontractors
- Prepare, review and/or approve documentation submission to Client and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and participate with relevant parties including Client and other stakeholders for inspections and other relevant activities
- Raise Request for Inspection for all inspection activities and maintain records
- Responsible for inspection and documentation for all projects under DLP and/or warranty
- Support and participate in QHSE inspections or audits across all sites
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering and/or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in construction QA/QC matters
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing defects in building projects.
- Preferably with own transport for access to projects
