Location: PLQ 3 (Office) and must be comfortable to travel between different bus shelters in Singapore (there will be reimbursements for travelling to the bus shelters/sites)
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6.30pm
Contract Duration: Immediate – 31st December 2024 (Looking for immediate starter only and some who can commit fully to the contract duration)
Job Description:
- Conduct site inspections for bus shelters to verify compliance with guidelines.
- Input data for bus shelter records.
- Provide operational assistance to the team when required.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE “N” levels
- Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for projects
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
- Ability to work outdoor for long hours
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills
