Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer’s vehicles to determine the work scope needed, provide technical solution and quotation for consideration and acceptance.
- Manage customer’s expectation and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer’s demand
- Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services
- Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customer
- Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted
- Test drive with customer if necessary.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
- Submit Customer Incident Form in system to address customer concern
- Follow up with customer and solicit feedback on repair including scheduling for next service appointment.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive or with experience in hospitality industry
- Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Computer Literate
- Singaporean Only
