Job Description:
- Coordinate and scheduling appointments for patients
- Attending emails and call enquiry for patients
- Handling front desk duties
- Submission of insurance via portal
- Dispensing of medication
- Inventory taking and arrangement
- Payment Management (comfortable with chasing payments, bank reconciliation)
What it Takes:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Willing to climb stairs as clinic is 2 storey
- Singaporean only
