The Challenges:
- Verification of patient’s information into clinic system and attend to patient’s enquiries.
- Assist patients with registration, billing, collection of payment and appointment scheduling.
- Uphold personal data protection practices.
- Provide assistance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure claims process is in order.
- Stock-taking and inventory
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What it Takes:
- Knowledge in using systems (eg. SAP, Clinic Assist, Medinex) will be advantageous
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in clinics, hospital or healthcare will be preferred.
- Knowledge in payment management and meticulous in numbers
- Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
