- Greet visitors and manage their inquiries.
- Open and sort mail daily.
- Distribute incoming mail and send out daily and registered mail.
- Arrange and prepare documents for local and international courier services.
- Organize and sort procurement documents.
- Prepare purchasing documents for procurement.
- Handle daily deliveries and manage office supplies.
- Source items and manage purchasing and inventory in BC.
Responsibilities:
- “O” Levels with at least 1 year working experience in general or purchasing administration
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Must be proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word and Excel.
