Receptionist cum Office Admin (6months contract) – North - $2,200 (ID: 647418)

  • Greet visitors and manage their inquiries.
  • Open and sort mail daily.
  • Distribute incoming mail and send out daily and registered mail.
  • Arrange and prepare documents for local and international courier services.
  • Organize and sort procurement documents.
  • Prepare purchasing documents for procurement.
  • Handle daily deliveries and manage office supplies.
  • Source items and manage purchasing and inventory in BC.

Responsibilities:

  • “O” Levels with at least 1 year working experience in general or purchasing administration
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word and Excel.
