We are representing our client in the healthcare industry in hiring for a Japanese-speaking Customer Relations Officer (Receptionist).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Confirm and remind patients of their scheduled visits
- Provide necessary information and instructions before and after appointments
- Assist with various administrative tasks and clinic operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking patients;
- Previous experience in customer service or reception is advantageous
