Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Service Administrator
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon 8 am – 5 pm, Tue – Fri 8 am – 6 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,800
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries and handle incoming calls.
  • Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on payments upon job completion (for COD customers).
  • Prepare and track all customer service contracts.
  • Provide full administrative support to the service department.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and duties as needed.

  • ITE Certificate or Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Good working attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of spare parts (preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
