We have partnered with a growing technology company to find an IT Support Engineer, who will be responsible for technical support of the existing clients in the space of networking. You'd be joining an international European company with great culture and dynamic yet supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations,
- Provide technical support to the clients troubleshooting technical issues predominantly through phone call and email,
- Monitoring smooth operation of company's solutions ensuring full utilization of the product,
- Help customers understand the best ways to utilise our products, based on their business needs
- Provide and manage feedback to various internal customer teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of networking technology related to routers, switches and firewall in client support capacity is necessary,
- Experience in technical support and network troubleshooting,
- Any professional certifications such as CCNA or equivalent would be a plus. Similarly any exposure to the maritime industry is nice to have, but not necessary.
