Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
- Rectify part number errors (if any) and request for lead time changes to suppliers
- Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc
- Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) on customers' orders
- Encouraging customers to order online through web store
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer's enquiries
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and is a good team player
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment and can multi-task
- Meticulous and organized
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Rotational Saturday and PH - 9am to 3pm (Scheduled by superior based on duty roster)
