Responsibilities:
- Assist to co-ordinate and compile Facilities Management (FM) report,
- Assist in management of FM contract by following up with outsourced vendor to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators;
- Collate and analyse data on electrical, water, waste consumption in the form of bar charts and graphs;
- Assist in monitoring of budget utilisation;
- Assist with Tenancy Management work;
- Assist in sustainability initiatives;
- General administrative support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in contracts management, contracts administration, tenancy management.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and good team player
- Familiar with government procurement policies and Integrated Facilities Management contract will be an added advantage
