Job Description
Responsibilities:
Control & maintain the safe and smooth progress of building work
Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site
Ensure the deadline for completing work is met and within budget
Update the work status to Manager / Director
Requirements:
Relevent education in Building Management or equivalent is advantage added
Minimum 3-Years Site Experience
Good communicate skills
Other duties assigned by Manager / Director
