Job Summary – To provide an efficient customer service and management to new and existing customers, process all documentation requirements for export and import services, provide operational assistance to ensure seamless shipment flow as well as communicate effectively with customers
Responsibilities;
- To take charge of the co-ordination work for all incoming and outgoing shipments based on customer allocation
- Handle and process import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods)
- Liason work with customers, network offices, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendors
- Manage shipping related enquiries from internal / external customers
- Trouble shoot operational issues encountered internally and externally
- Handle invoice, receipts and follow up on statement of accounts for payments receipts from customers
- Customize logistics solutions for customers, where needed
- Sourcing of space for FCLs based on customer requirements
- Deep selling to existing allocated customers
Requirements;
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
- Able to commit long working hours
- Familiar with shipping documentation and carriers
- Dangerous Goods Knowledge & Documentation Experience
