Our client is a solar energy provider committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solar solutions.
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Owner's Engineer to oversee and ensure the successful execution of residential and commercial solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proven experience in solar project management, and a passion for advancing sustainable energy solutions. This role is crucial for overseeing and ensuring the successful implementation of solar projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all phases of residential solar energy projects, emphasizing the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety norms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors and other external stakeholders to drive project success, with a keen focus on quality assurance.
• Ensure that client needs are met and communicate effectively with clients.
• Conduct technical analyses, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Uphold Health & Safety protocols and ensure the well-being of project personnel and the community.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing residential / commercial solar energy projects in Singapore.
• Knowledge of solar photovoltaic technology and relevant software tools.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
