We are looking for automation engineers to join our newly expanded fab in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to lead new technology transfer, new line setup, maintenance, quality and productivity improvements to ensure production runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Material Control System (MCS) Operations: Understanding and managing the automated material handling system, including command issuance, tracking, and system optimization.
- Process Efficiency Improvement: Ability to assess and improve the efficiency of the material control system, including identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the production process.
- Software and System Integration: Familiarity with integrating AMHS MCS with other manufacturing execution systems (MES) and equipment to ensure seamless operation and data exchange.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Skills in diagnosing and resolving issues related to AMHS MCS,
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Automation, Computer Science related
- Well verse in problem solving skills
- At least 10 years AMHS MCS experience in semiconductor foundry.
- Proficiency in quality management skills including SPC, 8D reporting, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), FMEA, Continuous Improvement (CI) and PMO is preferred
- Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.
- On duty required on weekend and Holiday
- Need to cooperate with on-call duities after working hours.
