Customer Service Officer
- Working Locations: Islandwide MRT station
- Working Hours: Shift Works , Required to work on weekends
- Salary Range: up to $2000 + $120 Transport Allowance + Incentive Allowance + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges
- Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- Must be comfortable with handling large amount of cash
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
