Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support to users experiencing issues with the CloudSense platform.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems related to software functionality, configuration, and performance.
  • Manage and document support incidents using a ticketing system.
  • Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and document solutions for future reference.
  • Monitor system performance and health to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Ensure the system is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and report bugs and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Ensure that changes and updates do not negatively impact system performance or user experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas can be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with cloud-based software.
  • Experience with the CloudSense platform or similar CRM/order management systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, as CloudSense often integrates with Salesforce, can be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and technical issues.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and tools for automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL
  • .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical users.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
