Job Description
- Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract.
- Prioritize and deliver service requests raised by customers by the agreed timeline.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding ongoing operations and projects.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients in their digitalization projects.
- Drive service improvement and recovery initiatives.
- Monitor and report team's KPIs to ensure targets are met and maintained.
- Report any issues that could significantly impact the client to the Manager.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and effectively manage client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
- Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in Service Delivery/ project management and team management roles.
- Experience in digitalization projects and Systems Deployments.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Experience working in a System Integrator (SI) environment is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
