Job Description

  • Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract.
  • Prioritize and deliver service requests raised by customers by the agreed timeline.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding ongoing operations and projects.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients in their digitalization projects.
  • Drive service improvement and recovery initiatives.
  • Monitor and report team's KPIs to ensure targets are met and maintained.
  • Report any issues that could significantly impact the client to the Manager.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed.
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Delivery/ project management and team management roles.
  • Experience in digitalization projects and Systems Deployments.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience working in a System Integrator (SI) environment is a must.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
