Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility or building according to contractual requirements and corporate Systems and procedures.
- oversee the daily operations
- To manage all outsourced contractors' performance and service level including but not limited to cleaning, security, landscape, etc;
- carry out inspections and enforcements
- To handle residents' complaints / enquiries and provide appropriate solutions to follow up residents' issues & prepare management reports
- manage the team of term contractors, conduct meetings and resolve site issues
Requirements
· Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline
· Minimum 2 year's relevant experience in property management environment.
