Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of assigned systems, being available for on-call duties and overtime work for emergency handling or urgent needs.
- Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades.
- Efficiently handle user requests and provide excellent customer support to resolve IT-related issues.
- Take responsibility for or assist in project implementation.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in information technology engineering, computer science, applied mathematics and others engineering related.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant certification(s) or work experience in the following areas:
1 year+ experience in VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) administration; Or,
1 year+ experience in Windows server/IIS/AD administration; Or,
1 year+ experience in OA (Office Automation) helpdesk-related roles.
1 year+ of cabling-related experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server administration is required.
- Basic knowledge of VDI administration is required.
- Experience in Windows file server, print server, DNS, and AD administration is preferred.
- Experience in VDI management is preferred.
- Demonstrates a positive and aggressive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
