- Able to provide L1/L2/VIP support
- Supporting and communicating with end users regarding their IT issues
- Able to resolve common end users’ issues (e.g. Outlook, VPN, Network, Printer)
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
- Perform service request related to client platforms.
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems
- Perform Asset inventory
- Involved in heavy lifting
