Job Description
· Design and optimize mechanical systems for the BCSS, including battery handling, charging, and swapping equipment.
· Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
· Specify, select, and procure mechanical components and machinery required for battery handling, charging, and swapping.
· Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Ensure that all mechanical designs and modifications adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
· Implement and enforce safety protocols for personnel and equipment.
· Conduct quality control inspections and testing of mechanical systems and equipment to maintain high operational standards.
· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and faults as they arise.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan, design, and execute mechanical aspects of BCSS projects.
· Provide mechanical engineering expertise in project planning and execution.
· Ensure that all mechanical designs and modifications.
· Able to handle electrical faults and hydraulic faults.
· Repairing rotary drilling rigs.
Job Requirement
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
· Experience on maintenance works.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
· Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for mechanical design.
· Understand the working principle of the rotary drilling rig.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
