- Track, monitor, and follow up on the quality of care provided by GPs and other primary care professionals to ensure the maintenance of good clinical care
- Analyse data and update GPs on their clinic performance
- To run the Quality improvement programs.
- Involve in PCN planning to ensure smooth coordination within Primary Care Network
- Assist GPs in the Submission of data and other relevant administrative work
- Provide operational support and answer queries over telephone consults from clinics
- Coordinate, Schedule, and provide Ancillary services.
- Perform other administrative tasks where necessary, as supervised by Team Lead or assigned by the PCN Leader
