Your Responsibilities:
- Work with Wafer Fab Operators / Technicians in the day-to-day operations to meet daily targets and overall Operation Goals – Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout – Shipment plan
- WIP and Tool Management – WIP Balancing, Held and Queue lots of Management, manage equipment PM, capacity and constraint
- Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Production Control in defining Shop Floor Real Time Dispatch rules – Continuous Improvements
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in monitoring and managing EIM, Auto Delivery and RTD status and performance- working closely with CIM, AMHS and MFG Systems
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in continuously updating MFG Standard Operation Procedure
- Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area byall personnel
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology
- Around 2 years of experience in MFG Operations
- Ability to work in Shift work
- Computer Literacy with good documentaiton and presentation skills
- Systematic Problem solving
